Basic Cake Decorating Course Two

Students must have completed Basic Cake Decorating

Course One at Shawnee Hills Bakery or Wilton courses

One and Two.  Note:  Wilton Students might have to purchase additional tools.

We purchased the Dublin Cake Cottage in March of 2009. All of the cakes, with one exception, that you now see on our web site were decorated by Sharon Mueller or Carol Kender. Sharon is, as you can see by looking at some of her work in our photo albums, an experienced and talented decorator who has more than 20 years experience in the industry. The good news is that we have all of the Dublin Cake Cottage's recipes. If you were a former customer of Dublin Cake Cottage you know that means our cakes will continue to be as awesome tasting as they were under Ann's watch. We also have the Famous Dublin Cake Cottage Butter Cream Icing recipe and are using the same Fondant Icing, which has been named "the best tasting fondant in Columbus." Stop in and we will give you a sample of our cakes, our butter cream icing and our fondant.
