We are pleased to announce a collaboration with Judee DeJaco and her company
Gluten Free You and Me. Beginning in January, 2010 there will be bread, cakes, rolls, cookies and granola bars available at the bakery Tuesday through Saturday. These will be in addition to special orders placed driectly with Gluten Free You and Me.

As many people now know, we purchased the Dublin Cake Cottage in March from Ann Zanon
Ann and her husband have relocating out of state. All of the cakes, with one exception, that you now see on our web site were decorated by Sharon Mueller or Carol Kender Sharon
The good news is that we have all of the Dublin Cake Cottage's recipes and Ann has shared her magic with us. If you were a former customer of Dublin Cake Cottage you know that means our cakes will continue to be as awesome tasting as they were under Ann's watch. Our baker is Al Kender and Ann spent a great deal of time with him teaching him how to make those moist and fluffy cakes that she was famous for. We also have her recipe for Fondant Icing, which has been named "the best tasting fondant in Columbus." Stop in and we will give you a sample of our cakes, our butter cream icing and our fondant.

About Shawnee Hills Bakery
Each week there is a different assortment of cookies, bars and brownies. We bake cherry and apple pies as well as cream pies. And cheese cakes are offered by the slice.
